Can any one adivce with respect of applicability of VAT on redeveloped flat sold by a builder who himself was member of the society before taking up for redevelopment |

| Please mention the form of business of builder i.e whether it is comapny or proprietor etc and and provide the information whether the flat personal property of builder or is belongs to its business.
