one of my friend is manufacturing silicone rubber his monthly turnover is expected to be Rs. 1 lacs is excise is applicable to him and he is willing to go for voluntarily vat registration ten what will be the procedure for the same |

| Yes Excise is applicable, for VAT registration apply in normal procedure- filling of application with required authority and pay required eligible fees, form can be downloaded from site- State government
