can anyone please tell me the rates of service tax and dvat in case of work contractor .I mean to say that on how much part vat is charged and on how much part service tax is charged. This is a case of delhi |

| You are falling under work contract. For service tax, check work contract service and for taxable part under Dvat, check Dvat Rule, 2005. Chapter II (Incidence and Levy of Tax). For further help, contact at skgca@ymail.com |
