ICAI Opens Application Schedule for May 2026 Exams; Correction Window Details Released

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the examination application schedule for the May 2026 session, outlining important dates for candidates appearing in the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels.
As per the official notification, the online application portal will become active on March 03, 2026, at 10:00 AM (IST). Students intending to appear in the upcoming examinations will be required to submit their forms through the ICAI e-services platform within the prescribed timeline.
The deadline to submit examination forms without incurring a late fee is March 16, 2026, up to 11:59 PM (IST). ICAI has advised candidates to avoid waiting until the final day, as heavy traffic on the portal or technical issues may cause inconvenience. For those unable to complete the process within the initial deadline, the Institute has provided an extended window with a late fee option, allowing submissions until March 19, 2026 (11:59 PM IST). The Institute has clarified that this will be the final opportunity to apply, and no further extension is expected beyond this date.
In addition to the application timeline, ICAI has also announced the dates for the form correction facility. The correction window will open on March 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM (IST) and remain accessible until March 22, 2026, 11:59 PM (IST). During this period, candidates will be permitted to make allowable modifications to specific details in their submitted forms by logging into the official portal.
Both the application submission and correction facilities will be available through the ICAI’s official e-services website: eservices.icai.org. Students are encouraged to carefully verify all entered information before final submission and retain a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
