MCA Advises Companies to File Form DPT-3 Before June 30, 2026 Deadline

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued an advisory to stakeholders regarding the timely filing of Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) on the MCA portal. Companies required to submit the annual return are advised to complete the filing process well before the due date to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act and related rules.

According to the notice shared by MCA, the last date for filing Form DPT-3 for the financial year is June 30, 2026. The ministry has also provided the navigation path on the MCA portal to facilitate smooth filing by companies and professionals. Timely submission of Form DPT-3 is essential to avoid compliance defaults and potential regulatory consequences.

Companies should review their deposit-related information, outstanding loan disclosures, and other applicable details before filing the return to ensure accurate and complete reporting on the MCA portal.
