MCA Releases Monthly Data on LLPs Struck Off Under LLP Act, 2008

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has made available the monthly data relating to Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) that were struck off during May 2026 under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

The data pertains to LLPs removed from the register under Section 75 of the LLP Act, 2008, read with Rule 37(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules.
