ICAI, ICSI, ICoAI and IIT Madras Sign MoU to Launch Corporate Mitra Scheme for MSMEs

In a major step towards strengthening regulatory compliance and business development for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICoAI), and IIT Madras have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the guidance of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The collaborative initiative aims to establish a network of Corporate Mitras who will support MSMEs in meeting regulatory requirements, improving governance standards, and driving sustainable business growth. The scheme is expected to enhance ease of compliance while leveraging the expertise of leading professional institutions and academia.
