SEBI Resolves 5,037 Investor Complaints Through SCORES Platform in June
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) disposed of 5,037 investor complaints through its online grievance redressal platform, SCORES, during June.
According to data released by the capital markets regulator, the platform received 5,035 fresh complaints during the month. The number of complaints resolved was marginally higher than the new grievances registered during the same period.
As of the end of June, 17 complaints had remained unresolved for more than three months. These pending grievances involved entities including Aditya Birla Money Limited, Finolex Industries Limited and HBL Power Systems Limited.
SCORES provides investors with a digital mechanism to submit and track complaints against listed companies, registered intermediaries and other entities regulated by SEBI. CA Sansaar
