IT Dept Enables Offline Utility for Forms 145 & 146 on e-Filing Portal

The Income Tax Department has enabled the offline utility for Form 145 and Form 146 on the e-Filing portal, providing taxpayers with a more convenient and flexible mode of compliance. With this update, users can now download the utility, fill in the required details offline, and subsequently upload the completed forms on the portal.
The utility can be accessed through the navigation path “Downloads → Income Tax Forms → Income Tax Act, 2025” on the official e-Filing website. This initiative is aimed at simplifying the filing process, especially for users who prefer working offline or may face connectivity issues during online submission.
