PNB Signs MoU with Digital India BHASHINI to Introduce Multilingual AI Banking Services
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) to expand multilingual access across its digital banking services.
Under the collaboration, BHASHINI’s artificial intelligence-based language technologies will be integrated into PNB’s digital platforms. The proposed integration will allow customers to interact with banking services through voice and text in multiple Indian languages.
The initiative is intended to improve the accessibility of digital banking facilities for customers who prefer using regional languages. It will also support more inclusive communication between the bank and its diverse customer base through AI-enabled multilingual interfaces. CA Sansaar
