Dealer purchased second hand machinery without GST . can i sale this Machinery with charge of GST & Issue GST invoice. What is the Rate of % of GST on sale of second hand Machinery? |

| Yes GST invoice to be issued and GST to be charged on Margin amount that is profit element. With respect to the rate, at what rate new machinery is taxable that rate to be adopted. |
