13-May-2026 , 10:21:21 amWrong filing of tax audit report in Form 3CA-3CD instead of 3CB-3CD (or vice-versa) can be corrected by revising/reuploading the audit report on the Income Tax portal. The CA should withdraw the incorrect report and upload the correct form with fresh UDIN and assessee acceptance before completion of assessment.
