Good Morning !!

I would like to know about difference or registration between Delhi service tax & Ghaziabad (U.P) service tax
can we easily get service tax registration like Delhi

As one of my friend is currently leaving at Indipuram (Ghaziabad) on rent
And he wanted to register himself with service tax as a Proprietor
Still
Even he does not have any address and ID proof on the address
So, will it be possible to get the registration

Q. Service tax on sharing arrangement - Company â€œAâ€ has awarded land for heritage purpose by the government and company has developed a heritage village on same.
Now co. has entered agreement with â€œBâ€ for providing service of amusement facility and co â€œAâ€ will collect and share the amount of revenue so collected in 50:50 ratio.
Fact 1: In case of first time use of amusement facility co â€œAâ€ will not charge anything from customer and pay Rs. 12 per user to co â€œBâ€ and co â€œAâ€ claim these Rs.12 as business promotion expenses and

Q. Service Tax Input Credit - Thx for your all such updates sir,

Plz help me for one querry:

We have one Indin company procurring Technical testing/IT software services to be provided to our subsidiaries/holding companies abroad at Singapore,Nepal, Australia. The procurring company bills to us with service tax & we may arrange it to be billed in the said subsidiaries/holding by two means:

1. The Indian Procurring company may bill us with service tax;
2. The Indian Procurring company may provide those technical services directly to our subsidiaries/holding company abroad & bill inclusive of service tax.

Plz advise what are the tax implications beneficials for us.

Whether we can avail the service tax input for paying some other cenvat/service tax liability as the export services to foreign subsidiaries/holding companies are exempt.

Plz help.

Q. Cenvat Credit - Hello Sir/Mam,

I have querry regarding service tax on Tour operator.
From 01/10/2014 Tour opertor has been given an advantage to avail the CCR on input service from another tour operator.

ABC Pvt ltd a tour operator (Assessee) has obtained transport service from another tour operator PQR Pvt ltd. PQR ltd has availed abatement and charged service tax @ 5.6% (60% abatement). Now ABC Pvt ltd provide Transport to its client And charged The whole amount as packaged tour and further service tax is charged @ 3.5%(Abatement Availed 75%). Now can CCR be booked for service tax paid @ 5.6% (Since output rate is less than input tax rate, is it possible to book the credit?)

If any one is providing club services. They receive Entrance fees and member ship fees from members and also receive rent from members on providing rooms to them.
All these three services will come in same head i.e. Club services or in Different heads, If yes than please suggest me the heads in which they will come.
