CAN A DIRECTOR( PVT LTD CO) APPOINTED IN JULY 2020 SIGNED BALANCE SHEET AND FILED INCOME TAX RETURN FOR 31.03.2020

Yes a directory appointed in July 2020 can sign the balance sheet as at 31st March 2020.
