i wanna to know whether there is scope for ca's who work in industry treasury deptt and their job profile is preparing MIS & bank reconciliation only.

It depends Industry to Industry and job profile. Frankly speaking there is no limitation for job profile in any Industry, this depends upon the performance of Employee of the company - as after all employee is the assets of company in real meaning
