Only new schedule VI for what you are asking the question.
Yes, New schedule VI is applicable for presentation of financial position of books of any concern concerning Financial year 2011-2012

I also want to know whether new Schedule VI is applicable on all companies or there is some restrictions because one of my friend has said that new schedule is applicable only to those companies which has turnover of more than rs. 50crores.....
