Q. > Please Help: Audit of Charitable Trust
There is a Charitable trust who is registered in 1999 but till now no audit has been done. Whether renewal of exemption under 80G is possible now.Whether I can file their return now.

18-Dec-2012 , 08:39:34 pmyes complete the audit of all pending years. file the return for FY 2010-11 & 2011-12. After completing the audit for FY 2012-13 apply for 80G, they will only ask for papers of last 3 years (in most cases)
