I person A sells goods to B and B is to export, in that case form H is used, in this case B will give Form H to A and A will sell the goods to B without tax.

Form G given to govt. as ideminity bond
Form H it is used for deemed exports, that is it will be issued by a buyer who will use the goods for export purpose, it will be issued by the buyer to the seller only on deemed exports
