What is the meaning of any person as per companies act 1956, However not defined any where in companies act,1956

Dear Lovenish,
Please note that the word person' is not defined under the provisiosn of Companies Act, 1956. In such case, you can refer the definition of 'Person' given in section 3 the General Calsues Act, 1897.
