1.) Can an indian company be incorporated when all directors are foreign national/NRI's/PIO?
2.) Can Foreign national/NRI/PIO hold 100% share capital of Private Limited Company?
3.) Can They take loan from another foreign national and invest in Real estate,will approval from RBI mandatory?
