Q. > Please Help: Corporate Law
I have 3 companies, X, Y and Z. Company X want to increase share capital by RS. 1 crors, I have made a agreement that "X" is issued shares to "Y" and "Z" on the basis of shares of "Y" and "Z" so the consideration is shares of "Y" and "Z" I have queries whether it is possible or not, I have Refer Section 75 1(b) of companies act but i am confused so please suggest me i can do this or not..
