Q. > Please Help: DIRECTOR DISQUALIFICATION & APPOINTMENT
Out of Two directors (Assume A & B), A is director since incorporation and B was appointed in march, 2017 in XYZ company. Director A is disqualified from Nov 2016 (as per mca site). Now company wants to appoint another person (lets assume C) who was director in company from incorporation and resigned in march, 2017 as second/additional director? Can we appoint such person C as an additional director??
