Q. > Please Help: Director Remuneration
Hello Sir,
A Private company has sale turnover of Rs 17.5 lakh and make the profit of Rs. 20lakh. and paying Rs. 60 lakh as Director remunerations. Rs. 39 lakh to one director and Rs. 11 lakh to second director.
I want to know that whether they are violating any company law provision if yes under which section and what are the consequences of that.
