Q. > Please Help: Director
A director resign from company but BOD is not accepting his resignation nor filling form 32 with ROC.What remedies available to Director to quiet from company.

It is not necessary that Board must approve the resignation.
Once a director shows his unwillingness to continue from service, his roll as director is over.

If there is any condition of approval in the article, resignation must be regulate by this otherise if director putting word in latter like effect immediatly than there role will be over.
