Hello Experts
As per EPF Regulations,Establishments employing 20 or more persons and engaged in any of the 180 industries / Classes of Businesses specified are covered under EPF Act and as per my findings, ISO Certification Company is not covered under Specified Establishments.. Even now EPF Regulations are Applicable.??

PF deduction has nothing to with the certification. Certification is for the company not for the government.this is the mandatory statutory requirement.

All the company and organisation who are employing 20 or more then 20 employees should be fall undr the preview of PF Act to the extent of my knowledge
