Q. > Please Help: Filing of withdrawal application for company name
The company name was not being approved by Regional Director, MCA as the name resembles with the existing name of a company. Therefore being directed to File an application for withdrawal of name before filing the documents for incorporation of company. Pl tell me the procedure for the same. Also suggest me if i can file rectification in name in Form 24A or not. If i have to file Form 61 or Form 24A or both
