Q. > Please Help: For how many years we can file ROC Annual Returns
A Pvt. Ltd. did not file ROC Annual Returns for the last 10 years and the status of the same on ROC website is being shown as Dormant. Now, we want to get the returns filed. My ques are : 1. For how many years we can file the ROC returns. 2. Is there any way to reduce the penalty for non filing of returns??

If you had not filled return from last 10 years so your company is dormant, now once again u want to fill return so must have to informe Roc and there will not get any deduction of panalty amount
