Sir, I filed Form 1A in the name of Career Guarantee consultants Private Limited and the period of 60 days of name availability is also expired. After 2 days i again applied another form 1 A for same name. But is was not approved by ROC and it asked resubmission for resumbling existing name but the name is not mentioned. In that time i resubmitted The Form 1A which previous name approval letter also enclosed. In that time also ROC not accepted my Form 1A and give message as below : "Closely resembling existing company U74120UP1995PTC017653 CAREER CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED Uttar Pradesh 07-03-1995.Hence submit fresh name Form should be resubmitted by 01/09/2012 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956). In that time What can i do. The Assessee Company must wanted the name mentioned in Form 1A. If any possibility is there to getting the Name Applied in Form 1A Suggenst Me. My Email Id is : cakanagarasu@gmail.com
