Q. > Please Help: Loan to a private company
A Pvt Ltd. concern wants to take a loan from unrelated party.Whether Section 73 ,Companies Act,2013 is applicable in this case as the defination of the term Deposits includes word loan also as defined in Section 2 of the act?
Please resolve my doubt

A public company, with a specified net worth or turnover, may accept deposits from persons other than its members. The company shall make compliance of requirements of Section 73,section 76 and any rule made by the government for this purpose.
