Q. > Please Help: Loan to Directors or not
In case of private limited company (independent), company has made the FDR in the name of director for submitting the bank guarantee for tender. Whether we can show in the company balancesheet as FDR for BG ( as it is given for business )? if not, it is to be shown as loan to directors then what is the treatment as per the Companies Act & Income Tax Act?
