EG; BOARD RESOLUTION IS PASSED ON 21-07-2014, WHEN SHOULD WE PREPARE MBP-1.WHAT SHOULD BE THE DATE ON IT????PLZ TELL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Form MBP-1 is required to be filed within 30 days of 1st board meeting, in your case 20 Aug.,2014. Date of preparing MBP-1 can be any date between 30 days.
