Q. > Please Help: Model of formation for following business.
One of client wants to start following business. Collect small savings from general public periodically i.e.monthly or quarterly and invest this money into Real Estate and pay the public interest annually. Also he want to lend the money to the person who is in need i.e.money landing business. Now my question here is regarding Form of the organisation. Should he form Pvt or Public limited or whether it can be credit society or co operative society or any other form. Under which act can it be registered. and what will be the procedure for the same..??
