Can a company impose restriction on quorum for the board meeting through its AOA subject to 1/3rd or 2 which ever is higher.

Yes I also agree with the comment below, restriction on quorum cannot be imposed by a company through its AOA.

Any condition of AOA which is contradictory with law is void.
