for reg of CA partnership firm can first taken approval of name from ICAI & then execution of Partnership deed pls suggest actual proceedure

Before execution of Partnership deed you have to apply for approval of name of Ca Firm to the extent of my knowledge

partnership deed is second step for registration... you first need to apply for a particular name by filling up the correct form
