form 8 is required to be filed for creation or modification of charge....

Form- 8 for Creation and Modification of charge is required to be filed with ROC.As per section 125, of the Companies act, every charge created by a registered Company is required to be registered with ROC by filling form-8 along with prescribed particulars of the charge, together with the instrument, if any, by which the charge is created or evidenced, or a copy thereof verified in the prescribed manner.

Yeah..agree with the above answers..Form 8 is required to be filed with ROC for creation/registration of charge.
