Dear Sir as per latest notification Form 23 AC & 23ACA can not be filed without SRN of Form 23B.
What about pending RoC forms which are related to prior financial year.
Is pending forms can be uploaded without SRN or with default SRN Z99999999 ?
Is fee and aditional fee will be charged for Form 23B if they are related to before financial year 2011-12 ?
