Sir, I am a shareholder and director in a company. i had removed my name as director by filing FORM 32 but i don't how can i remove as a shareholder of the company. pl tell me the complete procedure.

07-Oct-2011 , 04:45:51 pmFirstly Form 32 for own appointment or removal cannot be filed, MCA do not accpet it. It need to be filed by someone else i.e. Director or Secretary. Secondly, as shareholder name can be removed from the register of Shareholders only on transfer ot trnsmission of shares to some other name.
