Q. > Please Help: Which Roc Forms used for AR & FS
Sir, I have a pvt ltd co., incorporated 4.2.2014. So F.Y. start from 04.02.2014 to 31.3.15. Confusion about which ROC form i used for annual filling and F.S.
in AOC-4 dont allow the period befor april-14. and further i recently read the news that if f.y start before april-14 then used old provision of co act1956. (http://blog.ipleaders.in/annual-compliance-requirements-and-registers-to-be-maintained-by-companies/)
So please which form i used
For F.S--Form 23ac & aca
for AR--MGT-7 (becz form 20B dont allow 30.09.2015 agm date)
