Q. > Please Help: Financial Ratios
Please provide me all applicable ratios and formulas for preparing CMA data.
answered Jul 12, 2012 by Krishna Chandra Santi , Chennai
Different type of banks require different ratios for analysis of financial statements.
Some important ratio are:
1) PBT/Net Sales
2) TOL/TNW
3) Total Term Liability/TNW
4) current ratio= CA/CL
Effeciency Ratios:
1) Net Sales/TTA
2) PBT/TTA (%)
3) Operating Cost/NS(%)
4) Bank Fin./Current Asset (%)
5) Inv+ Rec./NS (Days)
You dont require to put formulae in the CMA file, because the formulae is already there in default. You just have to fill up Form-II and Form-III.
