15-Oct-2020 , 03:35:05 pmAs per Sec 9(4) of CGST Act, if a registered person purchases goods/services from an unregistered dealer (URD) then the registered taxpayer is liable to pay GST on reverse charge basis( only for certain goods/services & registered persons), Till now there is no such notification issued according to which the registered person will be liable to pay tax as per section 9(4) of the CGST (Amendment) Act, 2018.
