Situation:- Company is in NBFC Business having registration in 10 state and continuing business with respective registration. But now management want to cancel all the registration and start billing from head office to all the branch by charging IGST.
Q: What is the procedure to get refund of ITC balance available in all the branch
(State) GST No.
Q: Intiate cancellation of registration or first apply for refund.
