Please answer the following with reference to Section and case law if any :
I am about to sell my property and I would like to know if i have to pay any Capital Gain Tax.
Also after selling my property I would be investing in another property within a years time.

But if you want to save tax on capital gain then it is advised that sale should be made after june 2014 i.e after completion of 3 years in that case you can claim exemption u/s 54 (assuming resdential property is transferred & investment is also in residential property.)
