Q. > Please Help: Deduction of 80 IB(10)
we have claimed 80IB (10) deduction for constriction of flat in A.Y 2012-13 and all the condition of 80IB has been full filed. but deputy commissioner of income tax disallowed the deduction because we have claimed the deduction on the basis of NOC issued by the local authority for electricity treat this NOC as a completion of certificate. so Please give your suggestion
