If return is not filed for last three years then for how many years TDS, can be claimed

You can file belated return for the Financial Year 2011-12 till 31st march 2013 and you can claim TDS of the F.Y. 2011-12. You cant claim TDS of the F.Y. 2009-10 & 2010-11 unless you get notice u/s 142.
To claim for the TDS, Return filling is necessary.
