My client has never registered himself for e-fieling of income tax return but when i trying to register him message is display that " Alrady registered". I have no e-fieling ack. no because i never e-filed his return. so please suggest remedy

Dear Hemlata,
In such case, you can try to get the password by answering the secret question or else you can just mail the login credential (i.e. PAN No.) at ask@incometaxindia.gov.in. Further, you can also give a call at toll free number 1800 425 2229 and register your grievance.

Yes, I also completely agree with the answer given by Mr. ashish, either u can get the password changed by answering the secret question or by mailing at that email id or the helpline no. given by him.
