Q. > Please Help: FDI
I am a 100% fdi company opening retail outlets in India.Single brand retail trade is allowed as per FEMA.I also want to sell my articles in shoppers stop etc. Now the query is Shoppers Stop "ss" is a wholesale chain products will be sold on their space but the employees displaying the articles will be of fdi company. Now in case of articles, the transaction between fdi company and ss will be b2b and not retail because it is sold by ss. Now the employees of fdi company will be displaying the goods in ss store, that will be b2c (for employees) by a hundred percent fdi company in a wholesale store which is not allowed in fema. Now wether employees will be covered under such provisions?
