please clarify me that when unrealised rent is not received and allowed as deduction in the past years but when it is received then what is the treatment in p y and also the amt which is allowed as deduction is also different as the amt received in p .y then wht is the treatment of all these amounts

Unrealised rent will be added to amount of rent received. No deduction will be available from unrealised rent.
