Q. > Please Help: House Property
Dear Peers, can u suggest me what would be tax impact in the following cases:
1. If the unrealised rent allowed by A.O.to an assessee and the same is received by his son who got this properth inheritance after his death of his father. 2.If the son has received the rent during the life time of his father if he receives the property in the partition of HUF. 3. If the son receives the unrealised rent without receiving the property.
