29-Sep-2014 , 06:10:04 pmAs per rule 6G (1) & (2) any person required to furnish form 3ca & Form 3CD who is liable to tax audit u/s 44AB. As the company is not liable to Tax audit u/s 44AB, no need to file 3ca-3cd. But one need to verify whether under any other section company is liable to tax audit or not like 44AD, 44AE. 44BB or 44BBB and their online filing compliance.
