For recovering password there are two options as follows: 1. Ask to assesses or assessee's CA, if possible. 2. Mail at "validate@incometaxindia.gov.in" with the following details: a)PAN b)Name of PAN holder c)Date of birth d)Father's Name e) Registered address If the above mentioned informations found correct, then department will send the password recovery mail to the mail address from which you requested for.
